Graph number 1 shows the distribution of the chains in a reorder alphabeta gammadelta. The legends are X: so many chains constitute this reorder, Y: so many steps are in each of the chains. graph 1
Graph number 2 shows the elements that change places within one chain, chains are coloured differently. graph 2
Graph number 3 shows the elements distributed on a plane with X=alfabeta, Y=gammdelta. Elements that move together (are members of same chain) have the same colour. The user may select which of the chains he wishes to see. (Default: all) graph 3
